IT Project Executive
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations and convert them into technical specifications that will direct the project execution.
- Work with the internal team to brainstorm, prepare and present a project proposal to clients.
- Keep track of project progress, monitor timelines, and regularly inform stakeholders about the project’s status.
- Monitor outstanding deliverables and milestones, managing any change requests that arise during the project.
- Assist in testing project deliverables to confirm they fulfil the specified quality standards and customer demands.
- Serve as a bridge between customers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation, which includes presentations and reports on project activities.
- Secure customer approval of project deliverables, ensuring satisfaction with the result.
- Manage multiple software projects concurrently, guiding them through every stage from initiation to completion.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation and support of software development projects.
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
- Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
- Able to travel to customer sites locally as required.
