IT Project Executive

Your Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations and convert them into technical specifications that will direct the project execution.
  • Work with the internal team to brainstorm, prepare and present a project proposal to clients.
  • Keep track of project progress, monitor timelines, and regularly inform stakeholders about the project’s status.
  • Monitor outstanding deliverables and milestones, managing any change requests that arise during the project.
  • Assist in testing project deliverables to confirm they fulfil the specified quality standards and customer demands.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and teamwork.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation, which includes presentations and reports on project activities.
  • Secure customer approval of project deliverables, ensuring satisfaction with the result.
  • Manage multiple software projects concurrently, guiding them through every stage from initiation to completion.
Requirements
  • At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation and support of software development projects.
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
  • Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
  • Able to travel to customer sites locally as required.
