Account & Relationship Executive

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the company’s online presence, such as its website and social media, to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • To develop and implement a sales plan that drives results.
  • Proactively identify and forge new business partnerships, oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships.
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to align business objectives with product developments, incorporating market feedback.
  • Craft and deliver business proposals to potential clients, submit RFPs, tender and negotiate to establish advantageous agreements for both parties.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost its presence and influence in technology.
  • Travel (Occasionally): Be prepared for occasional business travel (up to 10%).
Requirements
  • A Diploma or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Technology Finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals effectively.
  • Passion for technology, especially e-commerce and smart solutions.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, venue or sport preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various duties simultaneously.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
